Yesterday Ray and I went to 9:15 spin. When we got there, the Y had a power outage. TECO said it wouldn't be on until 10:30am. No workout for us...bummer.
This morning I went to 8:00 pilates and had the worst instructor ever. She was actually looking at some sort of book to get her poses right. Not a good sign...
For as much money as that place charges, I expect more. Getting off my soapbox now...
