The Ghosts of Christmas

Every time I go in Jackson's room to turn his tv off that he leaves on all the time, it turns itself back on as I'm walking out the door. It doesn't matter how long I'm in there, it only turns itself on as I'm walking out. There were a few Christmas decorations that have followed me for years that I finally decided I didn't want anymore. I had a tinge of guilt about them, but in my never-ending quest to live simple I had abandoned those decorations to the attic until after the holidays instead of throwing them out right away. Lately, at night while I'm tossing and turning, I hear things running across the attic over my head. I'm hoping it's just a squirrel, but my better judgement tells me it's those bitter decorations attempting to haunt me in my sleep. And while I'm on the subject of ghosts, someone (or something) keeps eating all the chocolates and cookies that were laying around the house. Wonder who it could be??
