Lovin' it...

I missed being a SAHM (stay at home mom). I know the grass isn't always greener, but I'm really enjoying being home with the boys. I'm sure my tune will change in a week or two, but we've been having so much fun. And WE DON'T HAVE TO GO ANYWHERE. We have ZERO responsibilities...just like old times. We're spending this weekend at the beach and it cannot be Friday quick enough. The boys are so excited, as are we. I think we're going to be beach bums in our after-life. Or perhaps surfers. Ray always says if we hit the lottery, he would still work renting waverunners or something like that-on the beach! Not me. I'd just sit on the beach and make drip castles with the boys and eat Uncrustables. Anyway, I stocked up on sunscreen, snacks, and some new water toys today at Target. Now I just have to pack. Yuck.

I almost died in Spin today. At least that's what I envision death feeling like. It's hard for me to understand some people's inhumane cardiovascular power. The instructor today was downright crazy. You could tell she was one of those women who have nothing better to do than figure out how far she could push herself before vomiting occurs. Maybe I'm just a wimp. I do love it though. Most of the time I just close my eyes and pray for it to be over, however, it's getting easier. And I feel empowered. After class, I feel like I could seriously injure someone with my quadricep. Fierce!

Trying to find something to watch on tv has been challenging lately. Thank God for Real Housewives of New Jersey and I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. And-the Celtic Thunder was on TV last night and we Tivo'd it so now we have it forever!!!!!! Right now Ray is watching Hannity and Colmes (Hannity's interview with Rush Limbaugh) and the excitement in the air is too much for me so I need to go do laundry...
