TGIF!

Friday morning, 6:15am, EST. Just had my first sip of coffee. Only Ray and I are awake. It's already a good day.

Manny Ramirez is stupid. Doesn't deserve to be a millionaire. And I can't stand all the speculation from the media...actually, I can't stand the media at all. My dad wonders why I don't watch the news that much. It's because most of the news is filled with idiots and my idiot-tolerance has gone way down in the last few years.

We had a great week at school. Yummy food, things are getting done, the end of the year is right around the corner and that means SUMMER BREAK!! I'm pretty sure the kids are losing their minds though. They're rowdy, loud, don't listen AT ALL and are annoying just about all the time. (Did I just say that?) The coming of the lovebugs has them all insane. They can't think of anything else, they stalk them at lunch time (instead of eating their lunch), they chase them around the playground, some kids cry over them. Some weirdos, I mean kids, can't concentrate on anything but dissecting them, it's just too much. We've actually had to cut outside time at school because of them. Well, that and it's just gotten too hot to stay out all that long.

Jackson is learning multiplication at school. He's really getting it too. I was not a math girl, but apparently Ray was great at it. I didn't learn multiplication until like 3rd grade I'm sure. Our decision of sending Jackson to public school next year is being tested. Our school really is amazing. The things I'm seeing from these 4&5 year olds is something else. Yes, I'm bragging. What's not to brag about? My five year old is reading and has been for almost a year and now he's doing multiplication.
