...our new neighbor, who resembles "Eddie" from National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (remember Clark's brother who rolled up in the RV?) and comes out of his house every 15 minutes in his flannel pajama pants, wife-beater and back brace, and flip flops with socks, and smokes a cigarette in his walkway.
