Listening to the boys...

is so funny, especially when they think no one is listening. Right now, they're "shopping at Publix for a cake." Jackson is working in the bakery and RJ is the customer ordering. It's for Nonny (my mom) because it's her 94th birthday, lol! And he tells the "bakery worker" that she's finally going to be able to have a glass of wine because she's turning 94. Really, they're pushing cars and trains through the house, creating a huge mess that I will have to dodge with acute agility, or risk falling and breaking a bone. Those little matchbox cars can kill you if you're not careful. Every so often, I hear RJ running for the throne announcing he has to do his business (when does that stop?)
It's overcast and humid. The whole week has been rainy, hot and muggy, typical of this time of year. I wanted to get the boys outside to a park early because I know we'll be stuck inside later because of storms, but they're choosing to stay in their underwear and play. Fine by me, I'll just go pour another cuppa joe...
